Remote Monitoring Service
Remote monitoring is provided 8×5 through Hypercom Operation and Maintenance Centre (OMC) software platform. It provide real-time or scheduled query for parameters configuration and status update.
Routine Maintenance Service
Based on service level agreement and customer requirements. Hypercom can design a suitable routine maintenance service package for all equipment and solution rendered. Trained technicians can be deployed to site for physical inspection, fault rectification or firmware upgrade. This is to ensure that potential faults are detected early so that equipment downtime is minimized.
Down Time Repair
To ensure minimum service disruption to end-users, Hypercom’s trained & Certified technicians can be deployed to sit to investigate any alarm or physical disruption. Our technicians have the skills and materials needed to repair faulty modules and restire optimal operation in the shortest time.
